Safed Musli (also called as Chlorophytum Borivilianum in English), has another name which is White Musli. It is a very potent aphrodisiac and is a strong adaptogenic, used by Ayurveda for herbal science. Weakness and Fatigue Feeling

Safed Musli is used along with sugarcane's brown sugar which certainly helps to reduce fatigue and also provides strength to our body. People experiencing fatigue can have it. Musli and Sugar must be taken in equal quantity and the mixture must be taken with Milk, that's so one teaspoon. It should be taken twice.

Underweight

Dosage and Administration

1. For Infants & Children, it is 25 mg to 50 mg (In a single dose it must not exceed One Gram)
2. For Teenagers up to 13 -19 yrs it is 1.5 gm to 2 gm
3. For Adults up to 19 to 60 yrs it is 3 gm 6 gm *
4. For geriatric who are above 60 yrs, it is 2 gms to 3 gms *
5. For Pregnant/Lactating women it is 1 gm to 2 gm *
6. Maximum Dose is 12 Grams a day, not more than that
7. It must be had twice during the day, along with warm milk
8. The best time for consumption is two hours after having the main meal
